Corona taught us all how to work from home. You and your colleagues have been brave about it, because it had to be done.
For some it was a blessing, some wish for the old office life back. Many only know home office in combination with home schooling and that was something completely different.

But if home office is no longer a must, how can we go on? Some want to go back to the office and hope that everyone else on the team feels the same way. Others would like to keep working from home and also hope that the consensus in the team is the same. This means that there is a need to talk.
