Coaching, as an external consultancy as well as a management style, supports, creates freedom for self-organization and directs thinking and acting towards personal and corporate goals. Through coaching, people are guided to continuously review themselves, develop new goals and strategies and check their fulfillment. Coaching accompanies through critical phases and overall increases clarity, focus and satisfaction.
In systemic consulting, which is always a help for self-help, the transitions are sometimes fluid. For us, coaching is always the deeper consulting in the context of learning and change.
