The Team Journey is an agile method that provides a solution to a problem that many companies struggle with: The hectic daily routine leaves hardly any space for development, innovation or strategic future topics. Our approach is that these topics need to be given a special framework and that external support is needed.
The process is as follows: Teams with ideas for developments that would be urgently needed or would open up new business opportunities apply for this kind of support.
We provide experienced agile coaches to work with the selected teams for six months. At the end there is a significant progress in the self-selected topic, a great sense of achievement, an improvement leap in team building and a real experience with agile working.
