About Us
We guide organizations through change. Since 1988. With a team that knows how large companies work – because we’ve been supporting many of them for decades.
Learn More About UsWho We Are
A team of consultants and trainers who have been working together for many years. Some connections have existed for decades. We know each other, we trust each other, we work well together – and our clients notice this.
What connects us: The conviction that change only succeeds when people support it. That leadership is more than management. That organizations are complex systems, not machines. The systemic perspective has been the foundation of our work for over 35 years.
New forms of work organization and encounters on equal footing are not just concepts for client projects for us – but also the way we work together ourselves. This makes us credible. And effective.
How We Work
The following principles have proven themselves in many large programs. They show how we think – and how we want to work with you.
1. Co-Creation and Participation
We don’t develop concepts in a quiet room. We develop them with you – co-creatively, participatively. This ensures ownership and legitimacy. The target group and important stakeholders are involved from the beginning. “The best idea wins” – not the loudest voice.
2. Empathy and Consistency
We are entrepreneurs. We understand that organizations need drive, which we gladly transfer to target groups. Naysaying and evasion catch our attention – and we address it. With respect, empathy, and appreciation. But we do address it.
3. Professionalism and Pragmatism
We strive for excellence. But we are also fans of the paradox between perfection and lean management. What we do, we do with attention to detail. But we also have a sense for waste through false attention to detail. When in doubt: “Better done than perfect”. Moving forward is more important than the third safety net.
4. Expertise and Humor
Those who are good at what they do can afford not to always take themselves seriously. We are experts in what we do. But know-it-all attitudes or dry grimness are not our style. We work with passion, fun, and humor.
5. Eye Level and Informal Culture
We like to work in an environment where differences are recognized – but not misused for social games of power and patronization. We talk to all people on equal footing and quickly offer informal address. That’s our culture.
6. Competence Building
Economically questionable, but ethically non-negotiable: We want companies to need our services – because we do a good job. Not because they can’t continue on their own afterwards. When clients learn from us and tackle the next challenge themselves, we’ve done good work.
7. Flexibility and Agility
In complex endeavors, plans must be continuously adjusted. For change projects, this is indispensable. We review hypotheses and design decisions in regular loops and implement insights directly. This doesn’t mean the plan was wrong – but that learning happened along the way.
8. Leading by Example
We are convinced: A transformation project must exemplify the desired change. Principles that should apply to the organization in the target state should already apply in the project. When this succeeds, it should be reported. When it doesn’t succeed, that too.
Our Stance
Love HR – Hate Racism
We are proud to be part of the “Love HR – Hate Racism” initiative. We advocate for a more racism-aware society and actively contribute to creating a more inclusive, respectful, and just work environment. This is not a marketing phrase. This is an attitude that shapes our work – in collaboration with our clients, in the way we design training, in the selection of people we work with.
Conclusion
Our projects in leadership development and organizational transformation are more than assignments to us. They are experiences of creativity, appreciation, and the struggle for appropriate solutions. We work with our clients on equal footing – and we’re pleased if you want that too.
We’re Ready.
