Dunkel war´s der Mond schien helle. Auch dieses Jahr hat sich wieder erstmalig bestätigt, worüber wir bei eurosysteam forschen und lehren, was Grundlage unserer Beratungen, Ausbildungen und Verwirrungen ist. Am Weihnachtsbaum hängen Komplexitäten, Dynamiken, Paradoxien und Ambiguitäten und grinsen uns fröhlich an. O wie lacht. Mit dabei die Weihnachtswichtel Vuca, Bani und Raat. Wir sind nicht sicher, ob die gestern schon da waren oder ob sie es morgen noch sind. Alles scheint möglich und wahrscheinlich am Ende eines Jahres, in dem das Wort „negativ“ vorübergehend zu einem Grund zur Freude mutiert ist – zumindest als Variante Omega. Alles ist anders – wie immer.
Ein neuer Bundestrainer im Bundestag, ein neuer Kanzler in der Nationalmannschaft. Zwei neue Geschäftsführer und drei neue Gesellschafterinnen in unserer Gesellschaft. Neue Produkte, neue Methoden, neue Workhacks, neue Learning Units, neue Kolleginnen, neue Kundinnen, neue News. Auf der anderen Seite der Ambidextrie-Metapher: Stabile Beziehungen, altes Büro, bewährte Konzepte, lange Traditionen, alte Songs und Auld Lang Syne.
Dieser Weihnachtsgruß wurde in Darmstadt verfasst, unweit der „Mathildenhöhe“, die vor wenigen Wochen die Anerkennung als Weltkulturerbe feierte. Ihr Gründer, Großherzog Ernst Ludwig, wird dort an prominenter Stelle auf der Innenseite einer Kuppel zitiert: „Habe Ehrfurcht vor dem Alten und Mut, das Neue frisch zu wagen. Bleib treu der eigenen Natur und treu den Menschen, die du liebst“
Wir wünschen Ihnen und den Menschen, in Ihrem Umfeld, also allen acht Milliarden ein gesundes neues Jahr. Dark it was the moon shone bright. This year again confirmed for the first time what we at eurosysteam research and teach about, what is the basis of our consultations, trainings and confusions. Complexities, dynamics, paradoxes and ambiguities hang on the Christmas tree and grin happily at us. Radiant beams. With them are the Christmas gnomes Vuca, Bani and Raat. We’re not sure if they were around yesterday or if they will be tomorrow. Everything seems possible and probable at the end of a year in which the word “negative” has temporarily mutated into a reason for joy – at least as a variant Omega. Everything is different – as always.
A new national coach in the Bundestag, a new chancellor in the national team. Two new managing directors and three new shareholders in our company. New products, new methods, new workhacks, new learning units, new colleagues, new customers, new news. On the other side of the ambidextry metaphor: stable relationships, old office, proven concepts, long traditions, old songs and Auld Lang Syne.
This Christmas greeting was written in Darmstadt, not far from the “Mathildenhöhe”, which celebrated its recognition as a World Heritage Site a few weeks ago. Its founder, Grand Duke Ernst Ludwig, is quoted there in a prominent place on the inside of a dome: “Have reverence for the old and courage to dare the new fresh. Remain faithful to your own nature and faithful to the people you love.”
